Registration

  • Students who fail to complete enrollment procedure(documents(medical certificate & copy of the passport) submission & Fee payment) within the registration
    period will be considered to give up the registration and your reserved room will be handed over to the next candidates automatically.
  • For the graduate students, the dormitory fee is paid monthly. Therefore they have to set up for the autopay, or cash management system (CMS) from the
    bank prior to move-in.
The medical certificate should be issued within 3 months from the enrollment period

  • Resident ID
    - If the student is not living with the parents, it is required to submit 3-document each
    - Indicated address should be based on the parent’s address.
  • Document on family relationship(for those who are required to submit)
  • An original certificate of health examination
  • Students apply with priority must submit all the required documents
  • Confirmation from the professor
  • 4 insurance confirmation
  • Application for international students

Required documents
  • Certificate regarding family relationship(when applied)
    • Need to submit when the student is not living with their parents according to the copy of resident registration(From Jauary 2008, family relationship will be
      confirmed according to the copy of family relation registration)
    • If not living with the parents according to the document If the students’ address is different from the parents’ one : resident ID of one self, parents’, &
      family relationship certificate
    • If the students’ address is different from the parents’ one & also the parents’ address is different from each other: resident ID of one self, mother’s,
      father’s,, & family relationship certificate
    • If one of the parents is not living with the student due to divorce or death: resident ID of one self, mother’s or father's,, & family relationship certificate
  • Medical certificate (Original)
    • An original certificate of health examination from health center, general hospital, & internal medicine department
    • Examination from the on campus clinic is acceptable
    • The medical certificate should include Chest-X ray result(Shoud be issued within 6 months from the official move in date)
    • It include, Doctor’s signature, Issuing date and Hospital address(Should be written in English or in Korean)
    • Official seal of representative is required
Required documents for each
  • Students with priority
    • Men of national merit: 1 copy of the proof
    • National merit children: 1 copy of the proof
    • Students with physically disability: 1 copy of the disability card
    • Children of government officials that have been dispatched abroad will be considered with priority: 1 copy of the proof
    • National basic livelihood security recipients: 1 copy of the proof
    • In case of national merit, please contact the Regional Office of Patriots & Veterans Affairs to see if the students are able to receive benefits as a person
      of national merit.
  • The married(if applied)
    • Residential certificate of the spouse & children + Certificate fro family relationship +Medical certificate
  • If the parents are divorced
    • Resident ID + Resident ID of one of the parents+ Family relationship + Parent’s marital status + Medical document
  • If the student is Korean but the parents are living aboard
    • Resident ID + Resident ID of one of the parents+ Family relationship + Parent’s marital status + Medical document+ proof of parents’ living status aborad
